Every time that I have logged in to Flickr in recent weeks I have been reminded that I am approaching their golden 200 picture limit for a free account! After you go over the limit, the pictures are still stored but not publicly available....unless you purchase a Pro account that is!
At the moment I don't see the point in spending $20 on a Pro account as I don't post enough pictures there so thought to extend my use of the site I would clear out some of my least (in Flickr users opinion) interesting pictures.
I have removed 10 so far and thought I'd post them here.
Before storing the Christmas lights and decorations away in the loft for another year I decided to have some fun with my camera and a string of fairy lights lights.
It is almost a year since I celebrated my 30th birthday in Prague with good friends so thought doing something with the pictures was well overdue. I asked everyone to give me a copy of their pictures so I could compile them all and give everyone a copy of all the best ones. I ended up with over 1000 so it has been a bit of a task to sort through them, order and rename.
Hopefully I will have that done soon and will be able to give everyone a copy but in the meantime here is a bit of a photo montage from the weekend. This video is made up of approximately 750 photos which are roughly in the correct order of events.
One of my new years resolutions was to find more time to do the things that I enjoy during the year including photography (of course). But first things first, I need to sort my PC out as I have been seriously running out of storage space recently.
So I set about the task of sorting out all the old files and syncing everything that I still wanted to my external drive. Whilst waiting for all these file copies to finish and drumming my fingers on the desk I picked up the camera and started looking around at items on the desk.
