Hey there,
Theres some nice tutorials doing the rounds about potato shopping headless shots which might help you when it comes to filling in the back of the shirt collar. I'll have a hunt round for the link for you.

Cheers Jez, someone else mentioned about filling in the shirt collar and was going to give it a go at some point.
